Not around to accept a delivery? You can order online and pick up your item(s) at any of our 300 stores for FREE.
If it’s in stock, you can pick it up on the same day. If it’s not in stock at your store, you can send it there for pick-up on a day that suits you. Simple!
Here’s how it will work for Drive Thru order and collect
Step 1
Order online and select click and collect.
Step 2
Once you’ve had confirmation your order is ready to collect, drive to our store and park in one of our collection bays. Please make sure you have your mobile phone and payment card ready.
Step 3
When you’re parked up, click the link in your ready to collect email to let our team know you’ve arrived.
Step 4
Pop open your boot.
Here’s how it will work for Walk Up order and collect
Step 1
Order online and select click and collect.
Step 2
Once you’ve had confirmation your order is ready to collect, make your way to our store and head to the collection point and make sure you have your payment card ready.
Step 3
Once you’re there, click the link in your ready to collect email to let our team know you’ve arrived.
Step 4
You’ll get a text when our colleague is bringing out your order, please remember to keep 2m away from our colleagues and other customers.

Collection FAQs
Collect your items(s) on the same day you order for FREE. Or you can collect on a day that suits you, without paying for delivery charges. Simply add your tech to your basket and select ‘collect in-store’. Complete your purchase online and then we’ll let you know by email when it’s ready to collect.
Once you have ordered, we will confirm your order but then we will send you a collection confirmation. Please wait for this confirmation before you come to store.

You will need the last four digits of the card or gift card/vouchers that you paid with, plus your order number and collection confirmation email.
You can find out whether contactless collection is offered at your store by using our store locator.
You can park in the designated parking bay. Click on the I’m at a store link in your email. Make sure that you have the last 4 digits of your payment/gift card.
If you have changed your mind and no longer want to collect your order, you’ll need to contact us to cancel your order and receive a refund. Please use our dedicated online cancellation request form or chat to one our helpful colleagues using our Webchat service.
