I want to return or cancel my order

Return unwanted small items
You can request to return an unwanted or faulty small items (e.g. audio products, cameras, computers, small appliances and TVs under 43”) purchased online using the small items returns request form.

Return unwanted large items
You can request to return unwanted large items (e.g. major appliances like washing machines and TVs order 43”) purchased online using the large items returns request form. For faulty large items, please speak to one of our helpful colleagues using our Webchat service.

Return something in store
Whether you purchased in-store or online, you can always return your item to one of our stores (exceptions apply). Just pop in and speak to one of our helpful colleagues!
